Among iOS 26’s many new features for Apple Wallet, one of my favorites has been the long-awaited fix for order tracking. Here’s how to use it.

Order tracking is an Apple Wallet feature that never really delivered on its promise—that is, not until iOS 26.
The feature launched years ago with the goal of making Wallet a one-stop hub for tracking all online orders. But third-party vendors didn’t get on board, and as a result, to many users the feature essentially didn’t exist.
But iOS 26 fixed that.
Thanks to Apple Intelligence, Apple found a way to bypass the need to partner with online retailers. Instead, it can now gather the latest info on your orders directly from your email via on-device AI.
To get started, go to Settings ⇾ Wallet & Apple Pay ⇾ Order Tracking and make sure the ‘Mail (Beta)’ toggle is turned on. Additionally, Apple Intelligence needs to be activated on your device and your email account needs to be set up in Apple Mail.
When you have an email containing an order, tap the ‘Track’ button at the top of Apple’s Mail app. You might also see a security prompt where you’ll hit ‘Allow.’
Once set up, Apple Wallet order tracking will automatically import emails containing orders into the Wallet app for you.

You can find all orders inside Wallet by tapping the three-dot icon in the app’s top-right corner then hitting ‘Orders.’
This will show you all upcoming orders, plus a history of previous ones you can browse.
If you see a vendor that doesn’t belong (for example, I’ve gotten order tracking details for restaurant mobile orders), you can delete the order and get the option of blocking that merchant altogether.

I’ve loved using Wallet for order tracking for several reasons:
