Brooke Hogan continues to seek answers nearly a year after the passing of Hulk Hogan, revealing new concerns about the status of his autopsy and the circumstances surrounding his final moments.
Speaking on The Bubba the Love Sponge Show on April 23, 2026, Hogan indicated that the process remains unresolved, with key details still in flux long after her father’s death in July 2025.
During the interview, Hogan claimed that the autopsy report is not only incomplete but was reportedly being revised as recently as days before her appearance. “The last text message I got was… they were asking me to speak on the phone because you don’t want to put it in writing,” she said, adding that she had been in contact with authorities multiple times in recent days.
She further stated, “Apparently, the doctor who did the independent autopsy was making changes as of Sunday,” raising concerns about transparency and the timeline of the findings.
The situation has been complicated by how the autopsy was conducted. According to Hogan, it took significant effort even to have one performed. She echoed claims discussed during the interview that the procedure occurred after embalming, which could limit its effectiveness. “I don’t even feel like it’s going to be useful… they did it on an embalmed body,” she explained.
Hogan also pointed to missing elements she believes are critical. “Where’s his blood?” she asked, questioning why samples were not collected through alternative methods. She added that seeing her father post-embalming was deeply distressing, describing the experience as something that “made me sick.”
Earlier concerns included reports that Hogan’s phrenic nerve may have been severed. This detail could relate to breathing failure rather than a typical heart attack.
