A Monday morning motorcycle crash on Highway 99 in Sacramento caused traffic delays along northbound State Route 99 in Sacramento on April 27, 2026.
The incident occurred near 12th Avenue, where a motorcyclist was seen on the shoulder receiving medical attention. According to reports, the crash involved the motorcycle and three other vehicles.
At approximately 6:36 a.m., an ambulance was on scene preparing to transport the rider to a hospital. The extent of the motorcyclist’s injuries has not been officially released.
