The biggest attention right now is around the iPhone 17 Pro Max, which is getting discounts of up to Rs 25,000 during Flipkart’s Sasa Lele Sale. At the same time, Amazon has reduced the price of Apple’s slim iPhone Air, while the iPhone 16 is also seeing one of its biggest discounts so far.
Flipkart’s Sasa Lele Sale officially opened for all users on May 9, while Flipkart Plus and Black members received early access on May 8. During the sale, the iPhone 17 Pro Max is listed at a reduced price along with extra bank offers.
The iPhone 17 Pro Max originally launched at Rs 1,49,900 for the 256GB variant. During the sale, the phone is available for Rs 1,34,900, which already brings a direct Rs 15,000 reduction. Buyers using Flipkart Axis Bank or Flipkart SBI Bank credit cards on full swipe transactions can save another Rs 6,000. On top of this, Flipkart is also offering an additional Rs 4,000 bank cashback.
After combining all offers, the effective price comes down to Rs 1,24,900, resulting in total savings of Rs 25,000.
The iPhone 17 Pro Max comes with a 6.9-inch display protected by Ceramic Shield 2. Apple has also introduced a new anti-reflective coating that improves outdoor visibility.
Amazon’s Great Summer Sale 2026 has also introduced a major discount on the iPhone Air. Apple launched the device in India at Rs 1,19,900, but during the ongoing sale, the phone is available for Rs 97,990 after a flat Rs 22,000 discount.Buyers using HDFC Bank credit card EMI transactions can get an additional discount of Rs 1,250. Amazon is also offering exchange benefits of up to Rs 70,000 depending on the old smartphone’s condition and model.
The iPhone Air is currently Apple’s slimmest iPhone with a thickness of 5.6mm and weighs around 165 grams. It is powered by Apple’s A19 chipset and includes a 48MP Fusion rear camera along with an 18MP selfie camera.
Apart from the latest iPhone models, the iPhone 16 is also receiving strong discounts during the Flipkart sale. The phone has received a price reduction of nearly Rs 11,000 along with additional exchange and bank offers.
The iPhone 16 continues to remain one of Apple’s most popular premium smartphones because of its lightweight design, Super Retina XDR display and A18 chipset. Apple has also focused heavily on AI-powered software optimisation and battery efficiency on the device.
Croma has also entered the discount race through its “Everything Apple Sale”, which runs till May 16. The retailer is offering the iPhone 17 (256GB) at an effective price of Rs 48,742 after combining exchange offers, bonuses, coupon discounts and cashback deals.
