“Survivor 50” has gotten its first jury member.
After the triple-elimination twist from the previous week, tensions were high in Fiji. The Castaways competed for a reward: Chinese takeout and brownies.
The Manulevu tribe was split into two groups of seven and whoever finished the challenge first was awarded dinner and the opportunity to compete in a second challenge for individual immunity.
Ozzy Lusth, Rick Devens, Christian Hubicki, Emily Flippen, Dee Valladares, LaGrossa Kendrick and Joe Hunter won the reward and Lusth won immunity.
The 14-player tribal council, the largest in “Survivor” history, then had to decide who to vote for and things got messy.
Dee Valladares was sent packing and became the first member of the jury by a vote of 8-4-1, with Tiffany Ervin receiving four votes and Benjamin “Coach” Wade receiving one.
