The 2026 NFL schedule will officially come out on Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. ET for all 32 teams, but the league has started to leak some games for teams, including the Miami Dolphins, throughout the week leading up to the announcement.
While many of these leaks and rumors end up being true, it’s important to remember that most are unconfirmed until the league’s announcement on Thursday.
For the Dolphins, they have a new general manager, coach and quarterback heading into 2026, which is expected to be a reset year after the team moved on from several key players and signed veteran free agents to inexpensive one-year deals.
This season, Miami will take on their AFC East opponents twice, they’ll face the AFC West and the NFC North, as well as a few other teams that also finished in third place in their division in 2025.
Before the NFL officially releases the 2026 season schedule, Dolphins Wire will track all of the latest leaks, rumors and announcements for the team’s schedule. This story will be updated as new information is released.

With the Dolphins rumored to take on the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium in Week 1, reports say that they’ll remain on the road for Week 2 and take on the San Francisco 49ers at Levi’s Stadium. It will be interesting to see if Jeff Hafley’s team stays out West during that week to avoid traveling across the country four times in two weeks.
According to reports, Miami will open their season with a Week 1 battle at Allegiant Stadium for a 4:25 p.m. ET battle with the Las Vegas Raiders.
According to a few reports, the Dolphins are set to take on the New York Jets in a 1 p.m. ET game on Sunday in Week 7 at MetLife Stadium.
It was originally rumored that Miami would be taking on the San Francisco 49ers in Mexico City this year, but it will actually be the Minnesota Vikings facing the 49ers in that bout. This leaves the Dolphins with no international games in 2026.
