With other East play-in teams, I am curious as, like, we got the Sixers and Magic, Sixers without Joel Embiid.
Yeah.
Just terrible.
And then the Hornets and the Heat.
Of those four teams, which is the most feared in the Eastern Conference?
It is undoubtedly the Charlotte Hornets, not even close.
There, there’s nobody in here that puts fear in the two seed or the one seed in the Eastern Conference like the Hornets should.
this is not a play-in team.
This is only a play-in team just because of how they started the year.
This is probably either the four or five seed in the Eastern Conference, and if you look at the standings, they weren’t too far away from being the five seed in the Eastern Conference.

They, about, like, two games away from actually notching that.
And those two games, by the way, it’s funny because if you look at the Raptors and Hornets matchups this season, one was an Immanuel Quickley game winner, and the other was a Scottie Barnes game-winning block.
If those two games flip the other way, the Hornets are likely hosting or, or at least facing the Cavaliers in round one, and that might be a little bit different of a series.
But I think it’s the Hornets.
They are one of the best offenses in the NBA.
The way that they are able to generate so many quality looks from three because of LaMelo Ball, because of Kon Knipple, because of Brandon Miller, they have so many layers.

Charles Lee has been an excellent coach in terms of getting the most out of this roster, and I, I truthfully wish that they were in the seven-eight because I would’ve liked to see them get out even higher in the Eastern Conference.
That’s how good of a team they are.
I would’ve loved to see a Celtics-Hornets series because I think that would’ve been ultra-competitive.
But, it feels like we’re gonna get Pistons-Hornets, and I think that will be a dynamic series too just because of the offensive questions we have for the Pistons in terms of their three-point shooting and then the level of offensive output that the Hornets have and how that works in a seven-game series.

I’ll tell you what though, S, that game last weekend, whatever day it was, the Detroit-Charlotte game.
Yeah.
Detroit punched them in the mouth in the fourth quarter.
They beat them.
It was a three-point game.
Just, yeah, just out-toughed them, out-hustled them, out Just beat them up, big boyed them.
