NCAA tournament live updates, scores: No. 1 Duke handling No. 2 UConn; Michigan routs Tennessee; UCLA, UConn women advance to Final Four

March Madness continues Sunday with both the men’s and women’s NCAA tournaments in action. The women’s tournament moves into the Elite Eight, while the men’s field wraps up that round to set the Final Four Field.

On the men’s side, No. 1 Michigan continued its torrid run through the NCAA tournament with a 95-62 rout of No. 6 Tennessee. That makes four consecutive blowout wins of more than 20 points for the Wolverines. In the late game, it’s a clash of the titans with UConn vs. Duke for the final spot in the men’s Final Four.
