Smartphone price hikes have been called “inevitable” amid the ongoing RAM crisis, but many devices have held firm for a while. Now, though, they’re landing, with price hikes having just hit the OnePlus 15 and Nothing Phone (4a) Pro, among others, in India.
We’ve seen price hikes on a number of devices so far. Motorola raised US pricing on its latest Moto G series. Samsung raised prices on higher-storage versions of Galaxy Z Fold 7, while also raising prices on many other Galaxy devices in recent weeks.
Now, we’re seeing this happen to some other brands.
OnePlus has just raised the price on both OnePlus 15 and OnePlus 15R in India, which is notable because it’s one of the first flagship price hikes we’ve seen that affects all models. The higher prices were spotted by Abhishek Yadav on Twitter/X, with price hikes of around $25-$50 or so.

Meanwhile, Nothing has also raised prices in India across its current lineup, just a couple of months after Nothing Phone (4a) first went on sale. These price hikes are effective today and, again, are the equivalent of around $25-50 extra.

Other price hikes have hit Redmi as well as Realme. Samsung has also raised prices on some of its mid-range phones in India. It’s likely these all hit on the same day simply due to today being the start of the month.
For OnePlus and Nothing, these price hikes have not affected US prices.
