When Rekha said she wants to be born again as film actress, said, “Today’s woman is the strongest”


Veteran actress Rekha has always been known for her grace, mystery and powerful presence, both on screen and off screen. The interviewer then asked if she meant today’s woman. Rekha instantly said, “Yes. Very strong.”

When asked whether she was talking only about women in urban areas or everywhere, Rekha replied, “Everywhere. Today’s woman is a very strong woman. Indian woman, today’s woman is the strongest.”

When questioned about the way women had become stronger, Rekha said, “In every way. She’s changed. Changed for the better.”
