If you’re trying to watch the Detroit Tigers tonight, you might have to do a little digging to find them.
The Tigers are playing the defending American League pennant-winning Toronto Blue Jays on Friday, May 15, at Comerica Park in Detroit. First pitch is scheduled for 6:45 p.m. ET, with the game not on a traditional television channel but available exclusively on Apple TV.
That means you’ll need a smart device with an Apple TV subscription to watch.
The Tigers are looking for a bounce back after losing five of six games on their most recent road trip visiting the Kansas City Royals and New York Mets. The Tigers are 19-25 and tied for last place in the American League Central standings, 4½ games behind the Cleveland Guardians.
The Tigers are playing their next seven games at home, however, starting with a three-game weekend series against the Blue Jays and following with a four-game series against the Guardians.
